How To Use Your By Katia Body Brush

Dry
Starting at your feet, begin brushing dry skin in upwards motions, towards the heart. When dry brushing your stomach, brush in circular, clockwise motions. For the most powerful results, repeat each stroke a minimum of 3 to 6 times using soft to medium pressure.

Wet
Apply your favourite in-shower body wash to damp skin, wet your bristles and use this body brush for exfoliating in circular motions. Wash away the remnants of the day and step forward feeling rejuvenated, radiant, and deeply connected to yourself.

Includes two interchangeable bristle heads: a DRY head made with natural bristles for pre-shower body brushing, and a WET head made with synthetic bristles for in-shower exfoliation. Rinse after wet use and allow to dry thoroughly between rituals.
